Often when I am photographing flowers I feel like I’m in the presence of a great dancer. Whether the flower makes me think of folk dancing with its fun-loving “Do si Dos,” or hip hop with its wild exuberance, or modern with its bold "asymmetrical" originality, the performances are always breathtaking and unique. “Diva” is just that: a diva of dance, awaiting her audience as the curtain rises, just before she takes that first mesmerizing step.
